The process of Career Guidance and Testing:

1. An Intake Interview is conducted to discuss the client’s past experiences, likings and interest in different fields.
2. This is followed by Psychological Testing to have a comprehensive 360″ degree evaluation of the student’s abilities and personality. Globally recognized, standardized tests are administered to test their IQ, Aptitude, Interest, Learning Style & Personality.
3. Individual Test reports are prepared by the experts. A comprehensive report, consisting details of their test findings along with recommended careers is provided to the client.
4. Lastly, an Individual Career Guidance Session is conducted with each student and parent which entails a brief discussion about the test findings and most suitable career options. This session also includes building a road map to excel at the chosen career.
