Anahita is a Communications coordinator and administrative assistant at Faculty Minds. She has completed her B.A with a major in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai (Autonomous) in 2023. She has had a keen interest in Psychology since her first exposure to it back in junior college; she knew there was no going back from there. Apart from being a stark supporter of the mental health care industry, she also takes a great interest in learning different languages, having studied French for 6 years, completed a 60-hour conversational Japanese course and taught herself Korean. She also showcases a fervent interest in the REBT technique and has attended a workshop for the same in her undergraduate course.
Anahita is also passionate about research, having written a complete seminar paper in her third year of college and been an editor for the official magazine of the Psychology department. As for her future aspirations, she aims to specialize in Forensic Psychology after completing her Master’s for the same. Her desire to study in this unconventional field stemmed from her love for true-crime documentaries and other criminal shows. Before she resumes her academics, she hopes to gain some more theoretical as well as practical knowledge in the field of Psychology and mental health care. Since graduating, she has kept in touch with the field of psychology through her internships wherein she has studied about, administered and scored various psychometric tests of aptitude and personality.
